Taylor Swift Grammys: Will She Make History in 2024?

Taylor Swift has a robust track record of success at the Grammy Awards, securing 13 wins, three of which are for the coveted Best Album category. Currently tied with legends Frank Sinatra, Stevie Wonder, and Paul Simon for the most wins in that category, Taylor Swift Grammys history is nothing short of remarkable. If she clinches another victory for her latest album, “Midnights,” it would mark her fourth win, a historic achievement that would establish her as the first artist to attain such a feat in the Grammys’ Album of the Year category.

Taylor Swift Grammys, how many grammys does taylor swift have 2023, how many grammys 2024

“Midnights” came out in October 2023, and it’s Taylor’s 11th album. Critics liked it for its dark, synth-pop style and its themes about fame, identity, love, and betrayal. It did well on US, UK, Canada, and Australia charts.

This year, Taylor is up for six Grammys, including record and song of the year for her song “Anti-Hero,” a collaboration with Kendrick Lamar. The song is about accepting flaws and standing up against injustice. It also includes a part from Simon & Garfunkel’s “The Sound of Silence,” which won a Grammy in 1966.

The album of the year category is tough, with competition from Billie Eilish, Lana Del Rey, SZA, Olivia Rodrigo, Miley Cyrus, Jon Batiste, and Boygenius. They are also nominated in other big categories, making this year’s Grammys diverse and unpredictable.

The 66th Grammy Awards will be on Feb. 4, 2024, at the Arena in Los Angeles. We don’t know the host and performers yet, but fans are hoping Taylor Swift will perform and maybe make history with her fourth album of the year win. We’ll find out soon!

How many Grammys does Taylor Swift have 2023?

Taylor Swift is a highly successful artist in the music world, securing recognition with an impressive haul of 12 Grammy Awards, with three accolades for the best album. In 2023, she added another prestigious honor to her collection with a Taylor Swift Grammys win for the best music video for “All Too Well: The Short Film.” This 15-minute cinematic creation is an adaptation of her fan-favorite song from the re-recorded album Red (Taylor’s Version). Directed by Blake Lively and featuring Sadie Sink and Dylan O’Brien, the film garnered praise for its emotional narrative and stunning visuals.

Taylor also got nominated for the Song of the Year for “All Too Well (10 Minute Version),” but she didn’t win, losing to Bonnie Raitt’s “Just Like That.” It’s expected that Taylor will release more re-recorded albums in the future, giving her more chances to win Grammys for the same songs and albums she has already won for in the past.
