Extraction 2 is an upcoming American action thriller film, based on the graphic novel Ciudad by Ande Parks, Joe Russo, Anthony Russo, Fernando León González, and Eric Skillman.
Chris Hemsworth had affirmed on his Instagram that the movie would start shooting in late November. The shooting was initially booked to start in September 2021 in Australia yet was subsequently moved to Prague, Czech Republic.

Storyline
Tyler Rake and his team have returned after a harrowing experience in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Their next mission is to rescue a family held captive by a vicious Georgian gangster.
To accomplish this, Tyler must venture into one of the world’s most dangerous prisons. However, when the situation becomes tense and the gangster is killed in the chaos, his equally merciless brother seeks vengeance by pursuing Rake and his team to Sydney.
